Joseph Eric Clinton

Joseph Clinton Jr. affectionately called Tank was born on October 31, 1992 to Joseph Clinton Sr. and Tiwanda Perrin in Philadelphia, PA .  He departed his earthly life on July 1, 2019.

When we think of Tank there are several words that comes to mind like family oriented, gentle-giant, humorous, protective and a hard worker.  At the time of his passing he was employed as a Driver’s License Examiner for the State of Pennsylvania.  Tank was also muli-talented, ambitious, a go-getter, entrepreneur, loving, role model, a thinker and loved to conversate.  He was an encourager to all he encountered in his life. Tank enveloped what describes a renaissance man. He was a man with genuine competence in and understanding of multiple different fields, all which complement one another to make him a more talented and a more productive person.  He strived to accomplish all he set his hands to in life.

He was a son, father and friend to many who knew him and who came in contact with him.  Although absent from the physical presence, Tank will forever live on in our hearts because of the many memories and encounters each of us has shared with him.  His humor and laughter were infectious.  If you were ever around Tank you were surely to have a good laugh. 

He leaves to Cherish his memory his parents Joseph Clinton, Sr. and Tiwanda Perrin. His children Kimiya Clinton ( preceded in death); Joseph Clinton (Jo-Jo); Yara Clinton; Jah’khi Clinton; Laylonie Johnson and Jayceon Clinton.  Siblings, Joseph Clinton (Lil Joe); Tyron Washington; Dalvin Holbrook; Quanta Hanes; Montez Perrin; Rameen Perrin; Quasim Perrin and Asia Perrin. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and coworkers.
